How are items delivered?

Where do I find my download?
After purchase, digital products may be available from your order confirmation, purchase receipt email, customer account or purchase history page.
Will anything be posted?
No physical item will be posted unless the product page clearly states that the item includes physical delivery. Most Geek Bytes products are digital and are supplied online.
How quickly are digital products delivered?

I have not received my item
Check your inbox, spam folder, purchase history and customer account first. If you still cannot access your product, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.
Marketplace delivery
If you purchased through a marketplace such as eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy or another platform, delivery information may also be shown inside that marketplace order. Contact us with the platform name and order reference if you need help.
Incorrect email address
If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact support as soon as possible with proof of purchase and the correct email address.
